Emeritus Health is a company that focused on keeping Seniors strong, mobile and independent for the rest of their lives! Most Seniors want to live out their "Golden Years" in the comfort of their own homes. It is our mission to make that desire a reality!
Balance University is a 10-week fitness program that is targeted at improving the balance of all who participate, especially our Seniors. Once the BU 10-week program is completed, participants enter the Graduates Program. The Graduates Program is a continuation of Balance University, constantly challenging and making the participants strong each and every class.
