Costas Sakellaris first picked up the bouzouki when he was 9 years of age. He was raised in a family of musicians, his mother being a classical pianist and his father singer/accordion player performing in Australia within the Greek community with his band. His dedication and love for this instrument has lead to endless hours and years of practice. His experience working all around Australia entertaining at various functions such as, Greek Community Clubs, weddings, engagements, christenings, festivals, dinners, cooperate, house parties, private events, fundraisers and alongside international artists, has branded him as one of Australia's leading bouzouki players.
