Together, we break down brands, public figures, and cultural phenomena to understand why things that seem like chaos, coincidence, or ... luck – usually aren't. On occasion, you'll hear some personal stories from me if they're relevant to the topic. Our end goal is to identify the core pattern(s) in each situation and understand how we can apply them to others.
To do this, we use the design thinking process to map all possible design and business choices. We also use human-centered design principles to explore how these choices affected audiences. Throughout our journey, I check in with you through interactive quizzes and activities. We then determine if the strategy helped meet the audience's needs and business goals.
