Shyam Patnaik is an amateur singer with a passion for retro Hindi and Odia music. The channel is a show case of attempts to sing covers from the 60s to 80s. Although not a trained vocalist, the endeavour is to prove that one can do anything if there is will and passion irrespective of your age and status. Without trying to be a specialist, I like to sing covers of various composers and singers such as Mohammed Rafi, Mukesh, Hemant Kumar, Kishore Kumar, Akshaya Mohanty, Prafulla Kar, Sekhar Ghosh, Pranab Pattnaik, Sikandar Alam, etc.
