Homefield Grange is a dedicated weight loss and detox spa retreat located in the beautiful countryside location of Rushton, Northamptonshire. Whatever our client's needs, they can rest assured they will be able to enjoy some "time out" from busy lives and find the opportunity to regain a sense of balance, wellness, with lots of good advice on how to make healthy eating and living an easy option. We are a small, cosy and informal retreat spa, only taking 15 clients a week to ensure that we can offer individual attention, whilst allowing the time and space for clients to focus on their health and wellbeing. We have wonderful therapies, talks, demonstrations, various exercise classes, sauna, treatment rooms, gym, Nordic walking, juicing or healthy eating options, various types of weight loss and detoxification programmes. All in all the perfect venue to restore, relax, recharge, lose weight and generally feel great about yourself again!
