Since then, Spence Dix & Co has evolved into a modern and progressive agency with a results-driven, passionate sales team of 15 people. LOCATION - We are based at Keith, South Australia and service the Upper South East, Adelaide Plains, Yorke Peninsula, and the Mid and Upper North of South Australia.
