Montoya is a 27 years old salvadoran/colombian singer-songwriter based in France. Through his lyrics, he tells his stories filled with love, migration, belief and humor while exploring, through the music, different styles and rhythms creating an eclectic, vibrant and diverse sound.
Montoya, c'est avant tout les compositions d'Uriel, musicien salvadorien-colombien installé en France depuis 2019. À travers ses chansons, il raconte son expérience sur un ton mi-humoristique mi-sérieux. C'est aussi l’occasion de porter un regard sur les nuances culturelles rencontrées en France par rapport à l'Amérique latine. Ces titres sont rassemblés dans son premier EP, Livin’ in France, sorti en juin 2023.
