Daryl is an author, poet, and artist from Columbia, SC. Daryl began writing poetry and song lyrics early in life to express his thoughts and feelings. Daryl holds an MISM in Business Information Management and an MFA in Creative Writing. His work is influenced by both academic and creative interests; and his experiences as a U.S. Marine and boxer, but the primary subject of his writing are social issues. Daryl aims to add his voice to the many that create for social justice.
