In APEX Swimmer’s Home Workout series we focus on swimmers endurance and strength development. In each video, we show a set of exercises and a description of repetitions according to the age of a swimmer. The swimmer is responsible to complete the workout on their own. Each day we focus on separate muscle groups. We work in cycles: 1 week = 1 cycle. The exercises get more intense with each cycle. Try your best to keep up and don’t miss a day :)
