Pete Koch is a retired NFL defensive end and veteran actor best known as Swede in the Clint Eastwood classic Heartbreak Ridge who has co-starred with numerous Hollywood legends including Burt Reynolds, Patrick Dempsey and countless others. One constant in Pete's life has been his passion for physical fitness and the desire to help others realize their personal best at any age. For three decades Pete has been changing the lives of stars (and non-stars) with his functional approach to physical fitness and nutrition.
