Why I created this Channel..?
I am a strong believer in the theory that you get back what you give out. I started my fitness journey back in 2015 following a life threatening accident which caused me to lose 2.5 stone at my weakest/lowest point of my life.
During which time I was inspired and motivated daily by fitness posts on Instagram and would often think about how far away I am from that level..
2017- I entered my first Men’s Physique show.
My goal now is to continue developing, getting better, stronger and hopefully to win a National Level stage one day in the future!
This Channel has been created as a means of inspiring/motivating and educating others into a healthier lifestyle. Whether people are recovering from injuries/surgeries or are generally interested in fitness/nutrition and training, I aim to use my own experiences as learning lessons for others.
