Richard Anderson is the Director of Academic Technology at Washington International School. He became a Certified Google Education Trainer in 2011 and is passionate about using Google Workspace to improve workflows and encourage collaboration among all members of the school community. This is evident in his work on Curriculum Mapping with Google Workspace, which now has a Google Currents Community of over 1100 educators and growing and has reinvigorated conversations about curriculum. He has presented at annual conferences such as ECIS and NAIS on a variety of technology in education topics as well as at AppsEvents and EdTechTeam Summits featuring Google in Education and does ed tech consulting with Educational Collaborators. In addition, he maintains a YouTube channel where he publishes how-to tutorials and shares his other passion – telling stories of learning via video documentation.
