Nick Gross is a drummer & entrepreneur who runs Gross Labs, a family enterprise and cultural investment platform- and is the active CEO of Find Your Grind, a Gen Z education and self discovery platform. Nick has had an extensive music career as the drummer for Sony Epic and MTV recording artist Open Air Stereo, and more recently, girlfriends which has toured nationally with Avril Lavigne and Machine Gun Kelly. He has parlayed this success in the music industry into a career as an entrepreneur within both the music and entertainment industries. In addition to Find Your Grind, Nick founded Big Noise Music Group with acclaimed music producer John Feldmann and Vagrant/BMG executive Jon Cohen. The music division is supported by Gross' multimedia recording studio, The Noise Nest.
