Mehdi Bagheri is a Kamancheh virtuoso, composer, and multi-instrumentalist. Trained by masters Kayhan Kalhor and Ardeshir Kamkar, he blends Iranian classical music with modern forms. He performs and travels worldwide, giving concerts and workshops to introduce Iranian music globally. His appearances include Théâtre de la Ville (Paris), Getty Center (Los Angeles), and Royal Festival Hall (London), LAPhil 100 (Los Angeles), Morgenland Festival (Germany), etc. Mehdi has worked across multiple musical fields, including film music, video game music, fusion music, and Iranian traditional music.
