The Hollies were a popular music group from Manchester, known for hits such as "He Ain't Heavy, He's My Brother," “I’m Alive," "Bus Stop," "Look Through Any Window," "Carrie Anne," and "Long Cool Woman (In A Black Dress).” From 1964-1968, the members included Allan Clarke, Graham Nash, Tony Hicks, Bobby Elliott, Eric Haydock (left in 1966), and Bernie Calvert (joined in 1966). In 1968, Graham Nash left the Hollies and joined forces with Stephen Stills of Buffalo Springfield and David Crosby of the Byrds to form a folk-rock supergroup called Crosby, Stills & Nash. Terry Sylvester of The Escorts and The Swingin’ Blue Jeans replaced Nash.
