UNEXPLORED HEAVEN ON EARTH
Chenab Valley lies between the middle and outer Himalayan range of Jammu and Kashmir.It is divided into three districts:The valley touches the Anantnag district of Kashmir to the north, Kishtwar district to the north-east, the Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh, and Kathua district to the South, the Udhampur district to the southwest, and Salal Reasi to the West, with Doda in its middle.
*Dozens of tourist destinations in the Chenab valley are yet to be tapped. They have the potential for attracting tourists from all over the world.
*Apart from constructing a few tourist reception centres at Bhaderwah and Kishtwar, the state government has not been able to fully explore the virgin tourist destinations of the Chenab valley
*Areas such as Lal Draman,Jantroon,Padri,Dal Draman, Marwah, Dachan and Warwan have a huge tourism potential, but they are yet to find a space in the tourism map of the state.
