The Lifeflow Meditation Centre teaches meditation and mindfulness in a way that is student focused, simple and straightforward. Our courses can show you how to use both meditation and mindfulness to find and maintain emotional and mental balance, to be able to create and sustain healthy emotions and how to create engagement and flow in your life. They also incorporate the three ways you can use meditation: for physical and mental wellbeing, for personal development and for spiritual growth. Learn to Meditate Lifeflow meditation techniques are extremely practical, free from belief and jargon and easily accessible so that they can be readily integrated with everyday life. All the teachers have at least ten years of training, teach from their own experience, give personal guidance, and can answer directly in plain English any questions students may have.
