On this channel you’ll find music videos, live recordings on piano/organ – mostly original compositions – as well as produced songs with my own lyrics. Many pieces are not classical pop songs, but stories set to music: musical narratives about inner growth, relationship, longing, crisis, healing, love, loss, trauma, courage and consciousness. They often draw on experiences from psychotherapy, life stories, psychology, philosophy and spirituality – sometimes personal, sometimes fictional, sometimes socially critical, but always with the attempt to make something deeper audible. That is why many songs contain more words, more length and more dramatic development than ordinary pop formats. They are meant not only to entertain, but to open spaces: for feeling, insight, memory, comfort, contradiction and change.
