Our firm is probably the oldest architecture and civil engineering consulting firm on the island. Our origins date back to the mid 1930’s, established by Polys and George Michaelides Brothers before being passed to Alexander Modinos who joined the firm in 1960 as a partner and chief Architect and from from 1982 to 2022, the firm has been under the innovative leadership of Saverios Vrahimis (Fellow ASCE, USA). As of 2022 the firm has been passed on to shareholding architects and engineers all employees of our firm. Through the years, the office has evolved into one of the most reputable architecture and engineering firms on the Island, offering a wide range of services such as architectural and structural / civil engineering, project management, road and infrastructure engineering, hydraulic and marine engineering. The firm currently employs highly qualified professionals, Architects, Civil and Structural Engineers, Water, Sewerage and Hydraulic Engineers and Project Managers.
