It is essential for each of us to care for ourselves so we are better able to serve others. Through this journey, we will find a path forward that will allow us to feel more grounded, regulated, and balanced. We will let go of the past and any intrusive thoughts that may exist there, let go of our worries about the future, and we will exist in the here and now, fully aware and fully present.
