The Pyramid is Jorge Valverde's electronic music project founded in mid-91 in Valencia (Spain). His music is characterized by the use of repetitive melodies and rhythms, played by synthesizers, sequencers, drum machines and computers. His influences include electronic music of the late 1970s and early 1980s and dance music of the 1990s. Artists of the stature of Kraftwerk, Azul y Negro, Ultravox, Vangelis and Jarre can be seen in his compositions, consolidating a melodic and fresh Synthpop, paying homage to one of the best compositional eras in the history of music.
