Mabuhay! Welcome to English and Filipino for Kids with Teacher Julia and Friends! One of the unique skills of Filipinos is that we are mostly bilingual. Through our YouTube channel, we aim to help children learn the English global language as well as Filipino, the Philippine national language. According to research, a balanced exposure to the languages we wish to teach our children are essential for developing fluency especially at an early age. We utilize research-based teaching methods recommended by speech experts, pediatricians and early childhood educators to help children learn important milestones and preschool skills. We do our best to provide children with interactive, high quality screen time. Teacher Julia is a graduate of the Ateneo de Manila University and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Education. She has also worked as a preschool teacher and guidance councilor. She and her husband Enzo have a baby daughter named Frankie.
