Reach Your Potential (RYP) is committed to helping the severely disabled to experience more independent, more fulfilling, and more meaningful lives. RYP puts advanced assistive devices such as new wheelchairs, alternate propulsion systems, and assistive robotics in the hands of people who need new assistive devices that are expensive and generally not covered by insurance or other payer sources. This high cost is largely due to economies of scale (smaller builds of a product cost far more per unit than larger builds of the same product) the high costs of developing and perfecting new technologies, and an expensive distribution model.
