LA’s Wax Owls play poetic, acoustic-leaning indie-folk built around emotive vocals and intimate, lyrical songwriting.
They’ve built a strong live following through extensive US touring, including a run with Alexz Johnson, and have appeared at major festivals such as Bonnaroo, PeachFest, Pilgrimage and SXSW.
Their breakout single ‘Bring The Rain’ gained national attention through placements on Grey’s Anatomy and the indie film Ethan Bloom, helping introduce their music to a wider audience. Often compared to Novo Amor, Bon Iver and Mumford & Sons, Wax Owls bring both tenderness and energy to the stage.
