This is the official Papua New Guinea Parliament YouTube channel, administered by the Parliamentary Media Services and Information & Communication Technology Services of the Parliamentary Service, a State Service provided for under Section 132 of the Constitution of Papua New Guinea to provide: (a) clerical staff to enable the Parliament to operate efficiently; and (b) maintenance staff to enable the Parliamentary facilities to be properly maintained; and (c) security staff to maintain proper security for the Members of Parliament and facilities within the precincts of the Parliament; and (d) advisory services for– (i) the Speaker; and (ii) the Committees of the Parliament; and (iii) the Members of the Parliament, other than Ministers; and (e) a Parliamentary reporting division; and (f) such other staff and facilities as are required to ensure the efficient operation of the Parliament.
