Pedro Baez For many years I have been dedicated to the interpretation of Spanish music with particular emphasis on Argentinian composers. I was born in Argentina and grew up listening to musical traditions from all parts of the country. In my concert repertory there are pieces by Piazzolla, Jorge Martinez-Zarate, Eduardo Falu, Alberto Ginastera and Domingo Baez. My concerts can be as solist or with an ensemble. Also in my repertory there are pieces from other Latin American countries and from our mother land Spain, including flamenco. I have a Piazzola Extravaganza in which I play many tango pieces by this extraordinary Argentinian composer. I have solo pieces as well as duos with guitar, piano or bandoneon. Available are "Suite Troileana" with guitar, bass and percussion, "History of the Tango" with two guitars and "Tango Sensation" with string quartet. I also offer the complete "El Amor Brujo" by Manuel Falla, with two guitars and female voice in the popular style.
