Two Jazz Project is a genre-blending musical collective founded in 2005 by Eric Hossan and Christian Cafiero. Eric (drums, percussion, and synthesizer) and Christian (bass, guitar, and saxophone) launched the project with an ambitious and original concept: composing the soundtrack to Hossan’s book Deux Flics Ami Ami.
In 2010, Two Jazz Project expanded its lineup, marking a new creative phase. The addition of vocalist Marie Meney brought a soulful and expressive dimension to their music, while Didier La Régie joined as lead saxophonist, enriching the group’s sonic identity with dynamic and melodic depth.Around the same time, the group began a long-standing collaboration with Japanese producer and musician Yuki Takahashi, also known as T-Groove. This partnership has played a key role in shaping and refining the band’s sound, contributing to its international appeal and modern production style.
