The Sathya Sai Organisation, founded by Sathya Sai Baba "to enable its members to undertake service activities as a means to spiritual advancement".
The Sathya Sai International Organisation is an umbrella term for three autonomous non-denominational organisations having foundations which trace to the 1960s founded by Sathya Sai Baba, an Indian guru and spiritual leader.[1]:
Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organizations India - responsible for organisational activities within India.[2]
Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust - founded in 1972 by Sri Sathya Sai Baba as a public charitable trust with the objectives of extending relief to the poor, including education and health, and any other objects of general public utility.[3]
Sathya Sai International Organization - responsible for organisational activities outside of India.[4]
