I believe movement is medicine and that fitness is for life. My mission is to help every client feel strong, capable, and confident in their body—at any age or stage.
With an academic foundation in Anthropology, and working in the fitness industry for over 20 years, I have created fitness programs through a unique lens—understanding movement not just as a physical act, but as a fundamental part of human expression, survival, and evolution.
For the past 10 years I have focused on Functional Training, blending my diverse skill sets into an integrated teaching method. My philosophy is rooted in understanding the body’s mechanics—not just how it moves, but why. Every session is a thoughtful exploration of strength, mobility, and balance, tailored to the unique “movement fingerprint” of each individual.
