Hello there! Welcome to Our Wilderness Home! Join me as I lean into simple living, from-scratch cooking, and intentional homemaking and motherhood as a subdivision girl turned (quasi) homestead woman. I was a career-oriented person until pretty recently, but now I am embracing this new season of my life as a homemaker and stay-at-home mama.
Come along with me as I learn homemaking skills, how to cook and bake from scratch, and how to be a good steward of the resources and opportunities that God has provided to our family. I am passionate about saving money and being resourceful along with making better, healthier choices for our family in the food we eat and the products we use.
