I am Solo Star. A 25 year old college student who's loved hip-hop for as long as I can remember. Much of today's mainstream hip-hop/rap (not all) is destroying it's listeners piece by piece. The guns, the jewels, the cars, drugs, sex, women etc. that the music glorifies is not benefiting our people in any way. I would like to see a change in society, and I believe that with the help of others like me, I can change the world through music. Mohandas Gandhi once said "Be the change that you want to see in the world." This is where the change begins: with me.
