The Coalition of Asia Pacific Tobacco Harm Reduction (THR) Advocates are a coalition of volunteer consumer advocate organisations in Asia Pacific whose primary mission is to educate and inform consumers, public health officials and governments regarding the concept of tobacco harm reduction through the use of alternative nicotine products. CAPHRA and its members do not condone the use of alternative nicotine products to underage users or those who are not currently adult smokers. We do not promote the use of any specific methods/products of alternative nicotine consumption.
