Allie Farris’s sound might be described as a fresh mix of Sheryl Crow and Brandi Carlile, with varied influences ranging from Carole King to Norah Jones. Farris’s writing is deeply personal: at times her songs are hauntingly melodic; while others are fun and self-deprecating; still all are thought-provoking and exceptionally memorable. Over her fifteen-year career, Allie Farris has played hundreds of shows to thousands of people, opening for established artists and headlining in a wide array of clubs, venues, and festivals spanning across the US and Canada. Allie is now located in Luzern, Switzerland, where she continues to write, record and release original music, and is now working with the SCHALLUNION music label.
