We make conversations accessible to everyone. Too often learnings through conversations are only accessible to those who are privileged enough to have a connection or be in the same room where the conversation is happening. We want to democratize these conversations so that everyone can benefit from the learnings together no matter their age, religion and race. We all learn together with the motto of a rising tide lifts all boats. We talk frankly about life and business experience especially failures because too often everyone talks about success and not enough about their failures.
