A collaboration begun in Peterborough, ON that has been underway for over 10 years, Silver Lining currently makes music from Toronto’s beloved boroughs of Kensington Market, Parkdale, and a sailboat named The Argenteus. Nominated 'Best Electronic' by the Toronto Independent Music Awards for 'Nothing feat. Stacey Kay' and 'More Than a Dance', Garson Karrel, Jon Cullen, and Stephen Cullen are veterans with a wide variety of experience. They have performed on world class stages - like the 1st National Tour of the Broadway Musical The Book of Mormon - and have made music for various national and global campaigns supporting some household names and brands.
