Alignement with our Soul and Source is everything. Our intention for alignement will provide us all tools to get there. Opening our heart and cry can help a lot. Feeling our pain , accepting it and observing it too. It is a process of self love and internal reflection before we begin to have a glimpse of how alignement to our sour and Source truly feels. Patience, love and kindness to our self and all others while watching our triggers is how we can best navigate in my opinion.
