After earning a PhD in Biology in France, I moved to the UK, fell in love, started a family, and discovered my true calling through birth experiences supported by a doula. Trading science for birth work in 2010, I became a perinatal educator and doula, and published my first book "Why Postnatal Recovery Matters" (available in 4 languages). Witnessing the power of birth opened my mind to spiritual dimensions, leading me to become a Reiki and Reiki Drum practitioner and teacher, and drum circle facilitator. Today, I support women through life's transitions. I offer closing the bones ceremonies, and various other healing rituals, reclaiming lost traditions and blending science with spiritual practices. When not facilitating ceremonies or training professionals, you'll find me wild swimming, drumming in nature, or dancing the 5 rhythms – staying connected to my body, spirit, and the natural world. My new book about drumming as a tool to empower women will be published in 2025
