THE SPLIT is the latest release from Texas based national touring act Unwed Fathers. Rooted in a singer songwriter folk ensemble approach, this set of recordings is brought to you by the RGV Chapter of the ever changing lineup of musicians that make up Unwed Fathers. Set forth from the creative mind of David Kenneth Olvera, the new Unwed Fathers 2 track EP features the tracks "The Afterthought", a psychedelic twist of a love song you can all relate to with a very personal message to the intended audience. Track 2 on the EP features a good old fashioned drinking song based on regret and solace entitled "U SOMEHOW FORGOT".
