Great Bear Nature Tours offers world-class wildlife viewing excursions in the Great Bear Rainforest to the central coast of British Columbia. Excursions are based at our remote Great Bear Lodge which accommodates 10 guests. We devote our days to observing and photographing grizzly bears as well as other wildlife species in this spectacular rainforest we call home. Yet having the best of both worlds, we are still treated to wilderness-gourmet cuisine and soft beds each night. These videos were all shot near our lodge, some with remote cameras controlled by infrared sensors. With a biologist/engineer on staff, we built our own remote cameras. These cameras allow us to observe behaviour or species that are difficult to observe directly. Wildlife observation and photography has been our lifelong passion and our tours are designed with that in mind.
