FCH is a non-profit organization dedicated to holistic wellness education for nurturing and activating the best version of you. When we prioritize nurturing ourselves holistically it provides everything that we need in order to flourish! We focus on sharing a wealth of information. We desire to strengthen the champion in you that desires to rise above any life circumstance and find solutions. We prioritize creativity in art, dance, film creation and improv singing/expression. We talk about important topics for developing a positive mindset, TLC for the body and strengthening our well-being and resiliency. We want to rejuvenate everyone in mind, body and spirit because then we can go forth as the powerhouse that we are from a "zenfull" calm state.
