Wandering around in the Australian bush was just what I did throughout my childhood and adolescence. One of my earliest memories is boiling a child made billy over an open fire I lit myself - I was probably not older than ten. The best fish I have ever eaten was cooked my Aboriginal aunty from Groote Eylandt. Does this make me an expert - absolutely not! It does make me an enthusiast and it is that enthusiasm for outdoor pursuits and the kit we use that makes this channel tick. It is a collection of ideas and opinions but it is also an appeal to you to get out and do it for yourself. I welcome comments from all who take the time to watch my videos - I have found that the flow of ideas and inspiration is two way and I am grateful for the friends I have made here.
