Calígine is a fictional metal band born from the shadows of folklore from various cultures. Our debut album Rusalki is a ritual of sound, blending atmospheric metal, folk instruments, and gothic darkness with myths of witches, spirits, and forgotten gods. Through haunting female vocals, guttural growls, and ceremonial choirs, Rusalki summon legends of death, blood, and eternal winter — More than music, Calígine is a descent into the ancient night: a reminder of the mysteries modern life has tried to silence, and an echo of the rituals that once bound humanity to the forest, the fire, and the unknown.
