That's the starting point. It starts with vision — getting clear on what you're building and why. From there, you create the strategy that gets you there. This is the foundation of the Business Growth Compass — my framework for leadership and vision, marketing and visibility, operations and systems, offers and innovation, all centered on YOU. My background is diverse — 20+ years in non-profit management, leadership development, and team-building facilitation. I'm also an adventurer: I designed a cross-country bicycle route and biked across the country, completed a 72-day Outward Bound leadership course, and hold two Master's degrees, author of 5 books and been a business owner since 2003. I believe building a business that reflects your values isn't a nice-to-have. It's the whole point.
