This is a collection of Music Modules for the Social VR platform Altspace. These modules can be patched live while in VR for new combinations. Useful for purposes of Education, Performance, and Installations left running 24-7 in the VR worlds of AltSpace (for now).
We present our open-source toolkit “Altspace Music Modules” which is a series of music modules that can be used in conjunction with other modules and re-patched live. Our toolkit is built on top of the Altspace MRE and written in Node.js / JavaScript. Our goal is to facilitate musicians, educators, and artists to more easily incorporate interactive musical elements into their Altspace VR worlds.
