Circle of Being Somatic Shadow Work ~ is an awareness based somatic ‘de-programming' modality which combines various psychological and spiritual approaches such as the Fourth Way System (G.I. Gurdjieff and P.D. Ouspensky Work), Advaita Vedanta (Non-Dulaity) Tibetan & Zen Buddhism, Sufism, Kiloby Inquiry (KI), Hakomi (mindfulness based somatic psychotherapy), Shadow Work & Trauma Work. This approach employs a variety of experiential tools and processes employed for the purposes of de-programming ourselves from conditioned unconscious thought/feeling patterns as well as for the discovery one’s true essential nature, as source of peace and conscious harmony within.
