I'm a 53-year-old father of 3 girls, 2 grandkids, and a competitive Masters athlete. I've been heavily involved in CrossFit since 2007 and a multiple affiliate owner. Opening one of the first 300 affiliates in the world! I hosted the 2010 CrossFit Sanctionals, I've competed at Regionals, I've hosted and programmed for over 20 CrossFit competitions, and competed all around the country and the world. Years before Rogue or Reebok, I was coaching, and fighting the uphill battle to spread the methodology and commuity of CrossFit! I have experience, opinions, and insight 👍
