My Place to Grow. Since 1926. At Institut Montana Switzerland, we believe every child has talent. Our mission is to nurture this talent. We are a Swiss international day and boarding school with a diverse community of around 380 students from approximately 55 nationalities, ranging in age from 6 to 19. The school is conveniently located on the Zugerberg, in the heart of Switzerland - just 15 minutes from the vibrant city of Zug and less than one hour from Zurich Airport. Its large campus stretches across the picturesque natural setting of the Zugerberg mountain at 1,000 meters above sea level. Students develop through the school’s founding values: Internationalism, Individualism, Integration and Innovation. With dedicated teachers, small class sizes, high-quality teaching and a wide range of co-curricular activities, Institut Montana provides the ideal environment for students to grow into strong, insightful and compassionate adults.
