Apache Waria is a popular music artist who was born in Berbice, Guyana but migrated to the United States as a young boy. He started producing music under the stage name Apache Waria in 1995 but before that, he spent some time as a DJ. Over the years, he's had the pleasure of working with many talented artists and producers.
Apache is not your traditional chutney or dancehall artist. Much like his home country, Guyana, he enjoys fusing different cultures to create something completely unique. His style of music varies between chutney, soca, dancehall, reggae, and most often, a fusion of these.
In 2020, after celebrating 25 years in the industry, Apache was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award in Florida and in Canada.
