I'm a Chicagoan (and Twin Cities) guy who has lived in the heart of real India for nearly ten years. It's been a fantastic adventure being fully immersed inside village culture. It's my permanent home. There is no "Plan B". Two of my friends (former students), Shubham and Prabhat, are here with me as we showcase our town, the fantastic people, historic culture, architecture, daily routines, and crazy/funny hurdles we encounter as my old life collides minute-by-minute with my current life. I never was a rural guy. I never lived with an extended family. I was a huge fan of fancy dining, jazz clubs, art, lectures. But here, it's a 100% different life. Join us on our adventure of cross-cultural learning and exploration....laughter and fun. I'm super blessed to be in such a place as Nagod, Madhya Pradesh, India. I'm learning way more than I could ever give back.
