Some people run away fear, but I run towards it! My definition of FEAR is FACE EVERYTHING AND RISE! I’m from a city where young boys and girls look over their shoulders every minute because it is violence all around. I was no different, however I never feared because I knew that I could travel to different places through my music. I grew up in a Jamaican household where Reggae music was frequently played. However, I soon discovered my love for music when I came across rap. I started listening to predominantly West and East Coast music. It wasn’t long after that I realized that my sound was somewhere in between the two coasts. As I rapped my way through my pain and obstacles, I discovered my mission: to spread peace and love throughout my city and someday the world. This ideology led me to the discovery of my name, HIPPIE STALLONE. HIPPIE, in my own definition, is a person who finds happiness in their everyday struggles, rebelling against the norms of society.
